Becasue of Hurricane Sandy, a friend traveling from Milan to Boston got a cancellation notice two days prior to the flight date, but that's all. AA and Orbitz could have done better. Plus, I learned an important lesson about EU rules regarding flight cancellations — "care" doesn't mean "compensation."
