Fly fishing at Maine Huts & Trails  Looking to learn more about fly fishing? Beginners to advanced anglers are invited to the remote wilderness of the Dead River to fish with a Registered Maine Guide for native brook trout and landlocked salmon. At this guided retreat you'll learn casting techniques, fly and knot tying, fly identification, strategies for treading and wading in the water, fly-fishing safety and "etiquette," and catch-and-release techniques. This trip is a three-day, two-night stay at Grand Falls Hut and is scheduled for May 15-17 and June 12-14. There is a special women-only trip on May 22-24. The cost is $549 per person and includes accommodations, all meals, guided activities and evening workshops.
