The weekend begins Friday night, from 7 - 10 p.m., with the multi-course gourmet Winemaker Dinners.
Experience the ultimate pairing at one of our dinners in local restaurants across the area as local chefs prepare a five-course meal carefully paired with five elegant wines from vineyards.

Saturday's Grand Wine Tasting, from 1 - 5 p.m., offers the opportunity to sample up to 150 unique wines not readily available in stores on the scenic grounds of The Biloxi Town Green. Food, live music, and much more complement this truly spectacular event.

Two expert wine seminars are offered Saturday at 3:00 and 4:00 by Michael Bryan, Executive Director of Atlanta Wine School. At 3:00, explore Italy with Michael as you sample fine Italian wines in the DCS Theatre. For the mature drinker, learn about the sophisticated and distinguished port wine with Michael at 4:00.
Seats are limited and advance tickets are suggested. Seminars are reserved for Grand Wine Tasting attendees only. All wine seminars are sponsored by the Isle of Capri Casino.

Saturday also features the first annual Gulf Coast Chef Challenge co-sponsored by the Mississippi Gulf Coast Chapter of the American Culinary Federation.. Watch some of the region's best chefs during this one-hour cooking competition. Eight chefs will be invited to participate in this "Iron Chef" style cooking challenge, in which one winner will be named from the state. The top chef will go on to compete against the winning chef from each state to be named "Best Chef on the Gulf Coast" later this fall.
The cooking portion of the competition begins at 1 p.m. followed by judging at 2 p.m. Don't miss this entertaining and educational competition.

The finale of the weekend occurs 10:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Sunday at the Walkabout Brunch. This event brings the top restaurants to The Biloxi Town Green, allowing guests to sample each restaurant's delicacies paired with a sparkling wine or champagne.
This is a unique opportunity to experience the Mississippi Gulf Coast's finest fare all within walking distance. Guests are given the opportunity to vote in the "People's Choice" Award for Best in Brunch.
