LONDON, February 28, 2008 - 51 Buckingham Gate ushers in spring with an Easter package full of mouth-watering surprises. Hotel Chocolat's Easter Hamper will be waiting for the lucky few 51 Buckingham Gate guests this March 21-24, and will be filled with chocolate rich in theobromine, which stimulates the release of feel-good endorphins. Stay in a luxurious suite, share the feel-good chocolate basket with your loved ones, and enjoy complimentary tickets for a ride on the London Eye and to mingle amongst the "celebrities" at Madame Tussauds.

The Easter package includes:

- Two night stay in a junior suite, one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartment

- English breakfast featuring fresh juices, selection of pastry, eggs, sausage, bacon, grilled tomato and mushrooms, hash browns and baked beans

- Hotel Chocolat Easter Hamper, a wooden crate packed with chocolate specialties from Hotel Chocolat, a British chocolatier so committed to creating authentic, exciting artisan chocolates they grow their own cocoa on a West Indian cocoa plantation

- Easter lunch at Bistro 51 featuring dishes such as roasted tomato soup topped with basil cream, roast leg of Welsh lamb studded with rosemary and garlic, or boucheé with roasted Mediterranean vegetables with beetroot and apple sauce
