Cobblers Cove welcomes international Irish chef Brian Porteus who will be performing his culinary magic for guests. A fitness fanatic, and latterly the proprietor and head chef of Pordylo’s restaurant in Kilkenny, Ireland, Porteus collected invaluable international experience in some of the world’s most exclusive restaurants and cruise liners.  Porteus will be concentrating on local organic fresh produce with simple plates with no more than four ingredients per plate. His dishes are described as “created for the luxurious private residence culture.”
