The Lodge’s Yoga Rainforest Adventure Getaway offers two daily yoga classes outside in the jungle, one at sunrise and one at sunset.

The Yoga Rainforest Adventure Getaway is also a multi-sport rainforest adventure that includes escorted activities, as well as unlimited use of kayaks, windsurfers, snorkelling and fishing equipment, and unlimited self-guided tours on lodge preserve trails.

Packed between daily yoga sessions are guided adventure activities that explore the Costa Rican rainforest, and the remote and unspoiled Golfo Duce area. The nearby 14,000 hectare Piedras Blancas National Park offers trails for hikes through the rainforest and to waterfalls. There are kayak or boat and snorkelling tours of Golfo Dulce; a trip to Casa Orquidias Botanical Garden; a Rio Esquinas Mangrove Jungle River Tour; and a bird-watching tour.
