Keystone Resort in Colorado recognizes the fact that "Girls Rock!" This Rocky Mountain getaway is introducing several incentives for women to take an adventure-filled girlfriend getaway this winter.

-     Keystone is offering two "Girls Rock" Nordic Weekends complete with guided snowshoe and cross country skiing treks, healthy meals, yoga classes and discounted spa treatments. Led by former Olympian Jana Hlavaty, the "Girls Rock" Nordic Weekends are a healthy and stress-free getaway for women of all athletic abilities.

The "Girls Rock" Nordic Weekends are being offered February 21-22, 2009 and March 7-8, 2009. Rates start at $231 per person, including a one-night stay at Keystone Lodge & Spa, A RockResort. Other lodging options and rates available. Taxes and gratuities not included. Rate is based on double occupancy.

-     For ladies who prefer to hit the slopes, Keystone is offering a Betty Fest Women's Weekend February 28 - March 1, 2009. Betty Fest brings females together for two days of alpine skiing and riding in a non-intimidating environment. Program includes extensive on-hill training on Keystone's Ski & Ride School's trails, video analysis, and discussion about nutrition. Programs are taught by Professional Ski Instructors of America certified female instructors and each group is designed to be small and supportive.

Rates for this weekend start at $544 per person and include a two-day lift and a one-night stay at Keystone Lodge & Spa, A RockResort. Room rates are based on double occupancy and do not include taxes and gratuities.
