Reduced pricing, free air, and free single supplements add up to great values for Americans over 50
Boston, Massachusetts (March 4, 2009) – Overseas Adventure Travel (OAT), the leader in adventure, value & discovery on the road less traveled, is offering thousands in savings to travelers who book a 2009 adventure to Asia or Africa by March 31, 2009. Savings are offered through a combination of program price reductions, free air from up to 23 U.S. cities, and free single supplements for solo travelers, based on availability.
"Recent negotiations with our overseas vendors and airline partners allow us to offer incredible values to Africa and Asia to our travelers, ” said CEO Vince Cook. "Our free air deal allows travelers from up to 23 cities to fly to their program's departing U.S. gateway at no cost, making travel to both Asia and Africa much easier and more affordable. And our free single supplements provide savings from $295 up to $1995 for solo travelers, depending on which adventure they choose. We're experiencing such tremendous response from our travelers that last week was one of our best sales weeks in our 31-year-history.”
OAT's limited time offer extends to many of its Africa and Asia adventures, including those to Tanzania, Kenya, Botswana, Namibia, and Zimbabwe in Africa and to Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, China & Tibet, and Japan in Asia. Each adventure includes discounted pricing, free domestic U.S. air from 23 cities (listed below), and free single supplements, based on availability.

For example, a traveler in Washington, DC taking an Asia adventure will now fly to Los Angeles or another OAT west coast gateway at no charge, while a Los Angeles resident traveling to Africa will fly free to OAT's New York gateway.
The cities that include free air are as follows: Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York, Newark, Orlando, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Portland (OR), San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Tampa, Tucson, and Washington, DC.
