Value-Added Wedding Package

 

MT. TREMPER, N.Y., April 3, 2009 - Emerson Resort & Spa, a luxury respite in the heart of New York’s Hudson Valley is kicking off the 2009 wedding season with a new value-added reception package.  The property is located just two hours from Manhattan providing an accessible and idyllic setting for destination weddings.

At $79 per person, the new Emerson Eternity package is the perfect way to save in style.  Each reception can be customized to reflect the wants, needs and personal taste of the couple.  The Emerson Eternity package is available through December 31, 2009 and includes:

·         Customized wedding ceremony

·         Five-hour reception

·         Tables, chairs and house linens

·         Champagne toast

·         One tabled hors d’oeuvres

·         Two waiter passed hors d’oeuvres

·         Two main course selections

·         Five buffet cornucopia (side dish) selections

 

Couples can also opt for alternative reception packages, such as a cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception at $50 per person or multi-course seated dinner at $115 per person.  An amenities menu is also available for those looking to further customize their reception package.  Add-on amenities include full open bar service, premium dessert menus, after-party arrangements and more.

Newlyweds who would like to extend their stay at Emerson may also choose the resort for their honeymoon.  Those looking to spend quality time together may indulge in a couple’s massage at the resort’s Mobil Four Star spa or enjoy a cooking class for two.  Couples seeking adventure can sign up for tubing on the Esopus River in the summer, skiing in the winter or hiking on one of the nearby trails.
