LONDON - (April 24, 2009) - The Courtyard at 51 Buckingham Gate is opening its gates to London's gastronomic enthusiasts this summer, offering the perfect setting for al fresco dining in its secluded courtyard.

Discreetly tucked away between Victoria Street and St James's Park, diners can sit back and enjoy the peace and quiet of this hidden gem. The Courtyard at 51 Buckingham Gate is the ideal London summer setting with a Victorian fountain, the Shakespearian frieze on the façade of the buildings and carefully tended flowerbeds.

Themed menus will be freshly prepared on 51's new outdoor grill. One of the themed menus will be inspired by Quilon Restaurant and Bar, which was recently awarded a Michelin Star and features southern coastal Indian cuisine. A professional sommelier from Australian wine specialist Secret Vine will be on hand to personally recommend an appropriate choice of wine to complement the selected menu.

Highlights will include:

• "Dine under the Stars" - a Quilon-inspired menu every Wednesday
• A Lebanese-themed buffet available on Mondays
• Seafood Grill & Buffet on Fridays
• A traditional British barbecue available four days a week
• Themed menus based on events taking place in London throughout the summer months

Price of a themed menu is £25 per person (approximately US$36), exclusive of wine.
