Los Angeles, CA (June 10, 2009) – A new iPhone app debuting today instantly turns photos taken on an iPhone into personalized postcards -- and then prints, stamps, and mails them for you with just the touch of a keystroke.

 

Created by HazelMail, the ingenious app is a boon for travelers, as well as anyone who wants to share a photo and message in a memorable, lasting way. In addition to being free to download, the app comes with a credit for one free postcard.

 

Making it even easier – and cheaper – for travelers on the go, HazelMail also launched a feature that allows users to pre-purchase a dozen postcards for

$12 (vs. $1.50 per individual postcard) in order to avoid the hassle of entering credit card information while atop the Eiffel Tower or Great Wall of China. In addition, a personal address book feature enables travelers to easily access the addresses of friends and family no matter where they are in the world.

Lato was inspired to create HazelMail by his mother Hazel, who encouraged him to travel and share his experiences from an early age.
