HUTCHISON LUCAYA LIMITED ANNOUNCES REBRANDING OF CARIBBEAN RESORTS

GRAND BAHAMA ISLAND (July 1, 2009) – Hutchison Lucaya Limited, a subsidiary of Hutchison Whampoa Limited, today announced that the company has rebranded its flagship Caribbean resort.  Our Lucaya Beach & Golf Resort, residing on the fourth largest island in the Bahamas, is now home to two distinctive resort properties, the Radisson Our Lucaya Resort, Grand Bahama Island and the Our Lucaya Reef Village.  Both resorts will continue to be managed by Harbour Plaza Hotels & Resorts.

The new affiliation with Radisson Hotels & Resorts and the development of the Our Lucaya Reef Village brand brings new life to the 1,218 room resort community of Our Lucaya Beach & Golf Resort. To celebrate these developments, the resort is offering a special $139 per night rate (plus taxes and fees) at the Radisson Our Lucaya that includes greens fees at either of the resorts championship golf courses for stays through September 7^th, 2009. At Our Lucaya Reef Village, special introductory rates are starting from $69.00 per night for this summer.

Our Lucaya Beach & Golf Resort offers two unique resort experiences. The Radisson Our Lucaya Resort caters to a more discerning crowd and is the perfect setting for romance or meetings and conventions.  Alternatively, Our Lucaya Reef Village is geared for families searching for a Caribbean escape, with family-friendly accomodations and an acclaimed children’s program.  Guests to both resorts have access to the shared golf, spa, fitness, dining, meeting and water sports facilities.

The resort is located just 55 miles off the Florida coast on a 7.5-acre white sandy beach where guests can enjoy scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, windsurfing and sailing.
