Reduced Golf Rates and an Expanded Driving Range

The rate for resort guests is now $140 and $175 for non-guests on the Palmer Course and $100 for resort guests and $125 for non-guests on the Fazio Course. Tee times can

Prefer to just hit some balls, or maybe get warmed up before hitting the course, check out the newly renovated 16,000 foot George Fazio Practice range which now accommodates up to 18 golfers at a time. While those golfing either course receive complimentary practice balls, Turtle Bay offers those wishing to work on their game bottomless practice balls for $10 until noon and a daily practice pass for $25 which includes unlimited practice balls and use of the Palmer Practice facility with its putting green and 80 yard chipping area, perfect for those that are looking to hone their skills.

Turtle Bay also offers those that wish to leave their clubs at home and avoid the airline luggage fees, a $55 rate for rental clubs which include Titleist irons and woods, Scotty Cameron putter, and Vokey Wedges. The best part is that after your first rental, the clubs are available for complimentary use for a seven day period and can be used on either the Arnold Palmer or George Fazio Course.

ARNOLD PALMER COURSE

Ranked as a Top 100 Public Course in America by Golf Digest, the Palmer Course, an 18-hole championship course designed by Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay, was rated one of Golf Magazine’s “Top 10 New Courses” in America and ranked 4^th among Golf Digest’s “Best New Resort Courses in America” the year it opened. The Palmer-Seay layout features two very distinct experiences.

The front nine will challenge golfers with a Scottish Links style layout, while the back nine has a more tropical setting as it meanders through a tropical jungle and forest of ironwoods. The course forms a horseshoe around the Punaho’olapa Marsh, an unspoiled 100 acre wetlands and bird sanctuary. Water comes into play on 14 of the Palmer holes. The 17^th, the signature hole, offers panoramic Pacific views from the green while the hole is dotted with nine bunkers, which makes it as challenging as it is scenic.

The par-72 Palmer Course measures 6,225 yards from the resort tees. When played from the Palmer (black) tees, this 7,218-yard seaside course presents a stiff challenge to even the best players in the world. Sand traps are plentiful, with more than 70 menacing the fairways and protecting the greens. However, there are five sets of tees on each hole that provide an enjoyable experience for golfers of any ability.  The Palmer Course has hosted the Champions Tour Turtle Bay Championship, LPGA SBS Open at Turtle Bay, and numerous Aloha Section PGA Tournaments.

GEORGE FAZIO COURSE

The Fazio Course is named after its late architect, George Fazio, who was once called “Michelangelo on a bulldozer.” Fazio was a prominent PGA Tour professional of the 40s and 50s and uncle/mentor to the famous golf architect Tom Fazio. The course opened in 1972 and is the only George Fazio layout in Hawaii.  It features generous fairways, deep bunkers, immaculately sculpted greens, and a restored back nine. The Fazio Course has been host to the LPGA Tour’s Hawaiian Open, and was the site of the first Senior Skins Game with Arnold Palmer, Chi Chi Rodriguez, Gary Player and Sam Snead.
