Guests booking their stay at The House by December 31, 2007, for travel from January 8 through 31, 2008 and March 1 through April 5, 2008, receive rates starting as low as $911 (usually $1,139). From April 6 through 30, 2008, rates are even lower, starting at $618 (usually $772). These rates are based on double occupancy and require a 5-night minimum stay.
