SEDONA, AZ - December 2, 2009 - Mii amo's Couples: Body and Soul Partners retreat will immerse you in an exploration of your relationship potential during a 4-night Journey at the acclaimed spa. In a supportive and safe environment, you will learn an entire new way to think about communication, love, sex and intimacy. Rediscover masculine and feminine energy, and its importance for your communication skills to deepen your connection, intimacy and respect for one another. Lana Holstein, MD and David Taylor, MD are nationally renowned experts on couples communication, sexuality and vitality issues. Lana has extensive clinical experience in women's health and sex therapy, and has led numerous workshops to enhance vitality and has shared her knowledge on lifestyle programs, including Oprah. David trained as a specialist in Family Medicine and practiced for many years in the field of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Both Yale graduates, Lana and David have been dedicated to helping couples who want to work on improving their overall quality of their relationships, communication and intimacy through workshops, books, and lectures throughout the past 13 years.

The course time is in lecture and group formats, in a comfortable, relaxed setting. In addition, couples will be asked to work on individual assignments throughout the retreat.

Couples: Body and Soul Partners includes three meals a day at Mii amo Café and two 60-min and two 90-min spa treatments per person throughout your Journey, as well as complimentary ongoing fitness classes including yoga, nature walks, aqua aerobics, dance, Pilates and Tai Chi.
