While there’s no dinner bell at this camp, meals are truly an event designed by chef Levy, who will counsel guests’ palates at each meal, which are served ‘en famille’ in the grand dining room – unless of course guests request a picnic lunch packed to take along on a hike or boat trip. Like every camper knows, there are some camp traditions that are truly legendary, and The Point’s celebrated barbecue lunches – where the freshest local offerings, from vegetables to fish, are grilled to perfection – is the stuff from which legends are born. Of course, as the sun begins to dip on summer evenings there’s often a ringing from the lake where cocktails and champagne are enjoyed aboard one of The Point’s antique boats.

From sea kayaks, canoes, and small mahogany and teak inboards, to a beautiful 33 foot, classic, handcrafted mahogany Hacker-craft and a 32 foot restored, vintage Elco Electric Launch with a glassed-in deck, the collection at The Point makes finding your "lake legs" easy while transporting you back to the traditional summers of the “Golden Age of Boating.”
