WHISTLER/BLACKCOMB EARLY SEASON JUMPSTART  Get your season started off right with NASTC on November 30-December 8 in Whistler/Blackcomb.  From 1995-2003, this was our most popular course.  We took a break to try some other mountains with our clients, but now its time to return to North America's top-ranked resort!  This is a sure fire way to start your season off right with tons of vertical, top trainers, small groups, immediate video feedback, a world-class village, and deluxe accommodations.

u
NEW SILVERTON, CO BIG MOUNTAIN SKI PERFORMANCE CAMP March 5-10 (5th and 10th are travel days).  Join us for our premier visit to this exclusive resort where there is unlimited powder.  Silverton offers you the chance to ski "that peak over there but there is no lift and I really can't climb the whole thing right now."  This course is for advanced skiers who want to experience the bliss of endless backcountry powder and "the most pure skiing experience America offers."  It's the real deal, and NASTC will take you there safely plus improve your turns while you are truly "out there."

u
NEW ALL CONDITIONS/ALL TERRAIN IN ASPEN/SNOWMASS, CO For the first time we are going to Aspen/Snowmass in the heart of the season, March 8-15, for some great Colorado powder skiing.

u
DRYLAND TRAINING on October 6-8 in Truckee, CA.  We will provide you with the latest sports science technology used by elite athletes.  NASTC and the Tahoe Center for Health & Sports Performance have carefully designed a ski-specific dryland conditioning program to enhance and extend your ski performance.  NASTC coaches will work closely with a certified athletic trainer to identify the weak points in your physiology that may be blocking you from achieving your full potential.

u
NEW PERFORMANCE SKI WORKSHOP, DEC. 2-3.  Skiers can learn to train like a pro in our ski fitness course.  We will help you maximize your performance through fitness.  We will show you how certain movement patterns you have off the snow may be your limiting factor on the snow.  Whether you're looking to increase strength, stability and mobility, or prevent injuries, this course has something for all avid skiers looking to improve their skiing performance and enjoyment through enhanced conditioning.
