New York - November 11, 2010: This holiday season, Hotel Fouquet's Barrière, Paris' most ecologically responsible five-star hotel, is offering gourmet Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners at both Fouquet's and Le Diane restaurants.
The specially created menus, seasoned with organic ingredients and locally sourced French specialties, include dishes such as sea bass stuffed with herbs on a bed of baby leeks and Champagne mousse; Brittany langoustines with white Alba truffles; and, for dessert, a 'crystal ball' of mango, ginger emulsion and sugared almond ice cream. Beverages include Hotel Fouquet's Barrière's signature organic Pommery Pop Earth Champagne. Additionally, a special New Year's Day brunch will be offered at Le Diane, with dishes such as smoked organic salmon with citrus fruit crème and roasted capon with traditional-style vegetables.
