Those looking to boost their wine savvy can head to Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Resort this January, February and March, where experts from Total Wine & More, the nation's largest independent wine retailer, will lead "Wine Weekends.” Two tastings and seminars will be held during each weekend. “Wines from Down Under” will explore the renowned appellations of New Zealand and Australia, and “California’s Dreamin’” will focus on Napa Valley, the most famous wine region in the United States.
