Kansas Events Shine Through Late Summer and Fall

Caldwell 140th Anniversary Celebration & Kansas 150th Anniversary Cattle Drive | Caldwell
Caldwell k! icks off this historic three-week cattle drive in style, celebrating Kansas’ 150th anniversary. This event will celebrate Caldwell’s cowtown history and will be chock-full of fun and excitement for the whole family to enjoy beginning on Saturday, September 3rd.
Among the activities planned will be the 24th Annual All Wheels Car Show, a quilt show, chuck wagon meals, cow camp visits, concerts by the Diamond W. Wranglers and Border Bandits, and of course Caldwell’s own live entertainment at the historic Opera House. Shows include re-enactments of Caldwell’s notorious early-day citizens including gunslingers, cowboys, out-laws, marshals, saloon-keepers, and dance hall girls.
