Family Interchangeable Lift Ticket: Two tickets for the Price of One
The Family Interchangeable Lift Ticket is an innovative way for parents to share babysitting duties while out on the slopes. Parents who purchase the Family Interchangeable Lift Ticket are issued two ski lift passes for the price of one. This ticket makes it possible for one parent to look after a child who is too young to ski or be enrolled in the programs offered in the Kids' Alpine Club, while the other parent enjoys time on the slopes with the older children. The cost of a Family Interchangeable Lift Ticket for the 2007/2008 season is $59 for midweek/non-holiday and $69 for weekend/holiday.
Ski & Snowplay Program
Mount Washington Resort's Kids' Alpine Club offers a variety of ways to get kids involved in winter sports. For the resort's younger guests, the Ski and Snowplay Program (ages 3-5) is a fun introduction to skiing and snowplay and includes rental equipment, nursery supervision, lunch and two one-hour lessons. Prices start at $115 for a full-day and $85 for a half-day per child. Cap off the ski day with complimentary supervised Après Ski Parties just for kids from 4:30 - 6:00 pm, while mom and dad enjoy après ski fun of their own at Slopeside Pub.
Complimentary Winter Recreational Options
Outdoor enthusiasts will be delighted by the extensive list of complimentary recreational options available to guests of Mount Washington Resort, including snow tubing, ice skating (including skate rentals), snowshoeing and swimming in one of three indoor heated pools. New this winter, the Kinderwoods Winter Playground is located at the base of the Bethlehem Express Quad, replete with snow forts, igloos, zip line, tubing and sledding, hoops, loops, toys and more. Mount Washington Resort's Kids' Club at The Mount Washington Hotel offers guests age four to twelve a vast array of activities under the guidance of the resort's experienced Kids' Club counselor team. Mount Washington Resort's Evening Kids' Club includes supervised dinner and game nights capturing specific themes including Winter Fun, Jungle Safari and Wild, Wild, West. Cost for Resort guests is $25 per session. The Resort also offers complimentary Family Fun programs each Thursday, Friday and Saturday night (and during vacation weeks) from 7:30 - 8:30 pm where families may participate in a scavenger hunt that is fun for all ages.
